Yes. All plans start with a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to sign up. After the trial you can subscribe to any plan or your account will be paused.
All prices are in Malawian Kwacha (MWK) and are VAT-exclusive. VAT will be added at the applicable rate at checkout.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Each active staff or admin account on your tenant counts as one user. Suspended or deleted users do not count toward your limit.
We accept mobile money (Airtel Money, TNM Mpamba) and bank transfers. Online card payment is coming soon.
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation so you can export it. After 30 days your tenant is archived and data is permanently deleted.
